Subscriptions purchased in the iOS or Android app are managed through your Apple Account or Google Play account. You can also use Restore purchases from Planscope Settings.
For an App Store refund request, contact Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com. For a Google Play refund request, use Google Play Help.
