For help with Planscope, your account, a plan or a subscription, or to report a bug, email our support team.

Email Planscope support

Tell us what happened and include the email address connected to your account. Please do not send your password or payment details.

Subscriptions and purchases

Subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are managed through your Apple Account. You can also use Restore purchases from Planscope Settings.

For a refund request relating to an App Store purchase, contact Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.
