Planscope is provided by Everyday Arc Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17064023, trading as Planscope. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Everyday Arc Ltd, and "you" means the person using the Service.
These Terms apply when you use Planscope, whether through our website, the web application or the iOS app. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.

Planscope is a planning service that helps you turn an unstructured list of things on your mind into a manageable daily or weekly plan. The Service may use artificial intelligence and other automated systems to analyse the information you provide and generate recommendations, task breakdowns and other planning assistance.
Planscope is available as a web application, an iOS app and a website. Some features are available only on certain platforms.
You can try Planscope without an account. To save a plan you need to create an account, and you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Please tell us promptly at support@planscope.app if you think someone else has accessed it.
You must be at least 13 years old to create a Planscope account. If you are under 18, you should use Planscope with the permission of a parent or guardian. Any purchase must be made with the permission of the person who owns or is authorised to use the payment method.
Please give us accurate information when you sign up, and keep your email address up to date so we can reach you about your account.
Planscope is provided for your personal use, including planning your own personal or work-related tasks. You may not resell, commercially exploit or provide access to the Service to others except where Planscope expressly allows it.

If you share a plan with someone else, treat their information with the same care you would want for your own.
Planscope's plans, task breakdowns and suggestions are produced using automated systems. They may sometimes be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your circumstances. You remain responsible for deciding whether to act on any recommendation.
Planscope is intended for general planning and organisation. It should not be relied on as professional, medical, legal, financial or emergency advice.
Planscope does not provide medical or mental health advice, and it is not a crisis service. Information you give us about your energy, focus or circumstances is used to help tailor planning recommendations, and should not be treated as an assessment of your health or wellbeing.
You own the content you put into Planscope, including what you write in a brain dump, your tasks, your notes and your reflections.
You give us permission to host, process, transmit and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain and secure the Service, and to improve Planscope in the ways described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your content or use the text you submit to train artificial intelligence models.
You are responsible for the content you submit and for making sure you have the right to submit it.
The Planscope software, interface, visual design, decision logic, algorithms, documentation, branding, graphics and other materials we provide are owned by or licensed to Everyday Arc Ltd, and are protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the Service in line with these Terms for as long as you are entitled to use it. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
Planscope may offer free and paid subscription tiers. The features, usage allowances and prices available under each tier are shown in the Service or on our website at the time you subscribe.
We may change the features or usage allowances associated with a tier from time to time. Where a change materially affects a paid subscription, we will give you reasonable notice where required by law.
Auto-renewal. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or annually, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Apple App Store purchases. If you subscribe through the Apple App Store, payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, and renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel these subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Web purchases. If you subscribe through our website, payment is processed by our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on each renewal date.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. There are no cancellation fees. For App Store subscriptions, cancel in your Apple ID account settings. For web subscriptions, cancel in Settings or email us.
Refunds. For new paid subscriptions bought directly through our website, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee in addition to any rights you have by law. To request a refund, email support@planscope.app with your account email. Purchases made through the Apple App Store are refunded by Apple under its own policies. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Price changes. If we change the price of a subscription, we will give you advance notice and you can cancel before the new price applies.
We aim to keep Planscope available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security, updates, or for circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may add, change or remove features as Planscope develops. Where a change materially reduces what a paid subscription provides, we will give you reasonable notice where required by law.
Planscope relies on third-party providers for functions including hosting, artificial intelligence processing, authentication, analytics and payments. Certain services, such as App Store purchases, may also be subject to terms set by the relevant platform or payment provider.
You can stop using Planscope at any time, and you can delete your account from Settings.
We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if payment for a paid subscription remains outstanding, if we are required to do so by law, or if we reasonably need to protect the Service or other users. Where payment is the reason, we may return your account to the free tier rather than close it. Where it is practical and lawful to do so, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put things right.
When your account is deleted, we will delete or anonymise your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subject to any information we are required or permitted to keep by law. Our Privacy Policy explains the retention periods that apply.
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we process it, the lawful bases we rely on, how long we keep it and what rights you have. Please read it alongside these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subject to that, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

Planscope is intended for individual use. To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for losses arising from using Planscope in the course of a business, including loss of profit, loss of business or loss of business opportunity.
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when Planscope changes or when the law changes. If we make a material change, we will give you reasonable notice, for example by email or through the Service. Where the law requires it, we will ask you to accept the updated Terms before they take effect.
The date at the top of this page shows when these Terms were last updated.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer resident somewhere else, you may also have rights under the mandatory laws of the country in which you live, and you may be able to bring proceedings there. Nothing in these Terms affects those rights.
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
If we do not enforce a right straight away, that does not mean we have given it up.
You may not transfer your rights under these Terms to anyone else. We may transfer ours, for example if our business is sold, and we will tell you if that happens. Your rights under these Terms will not be affected.
These Terms set out the agreement between us about your use of Planscope. Our Privacy Policy separately explains how we process personal information.
