Delete your Planscope account

Delete your account in Planscope

1. Sign in to Planscope.
2. Open Settings.
3. Scroll to Delete account.
4. Follow the confirmation steps. If you signed up with a password, you will need to enter your current password.

This cannot be undone. Your account and saved Planscope data will be permanently deleted.

Ask us to help

If you cannot sign in or delete your account in the app, email us from the address associated with your Planscope account. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.

Data that is deleted

Deletion removes your Planscope account and authentication record, along with your plans, tasks and subtasks, reflections, check-ins, milestones, preferences and shared-plan memberships. It also removes other records associated with your Planscope account.

Data that may be retained

We may retain limited transaction, subscription or other records where required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling or other legal obligations. Payment providers and app stores may retain their own transaction records under their policies.

We may retain a one-way deletion marker to prevent deleted account data from being recreated accidentally. This marker cannot be used to recover your account or deleted content.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Planscope account does not cancel subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google Play. You must cancel your subscription separately through your Apple Account or Google Play account to stop future renewals.
