By accessing and using Planscope ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to abide by these Terms, please do not use this Service.
These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Everyday Arc Ltd ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), trading as Planscope.
Planscope is an AI-powered planning application available as:
The Service helps users create brain dumps, generate realistic weekly or daily plans using artificial intelligence, manage tasks and track completion, share plans with other users (Pro Plus feature), and receive personalised notifications.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. If you are under 18, you are responsible for obtaining parental or guardian consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, provide false or misleading information, engage in illegal or abusive behaviour, or remain inactive for 12 months without prior notice.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not violate applicable laws or regulations, infringe on the rights of others, harm the Service, Company, or other users, or constitute fraud, deception, or illegal activity.

We reserve the right to investigate violations and take action, including removing offending content, suspending or terminating your account, reporting illegal activity to authorities, and pursuing legal remedies.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service – including software, code, UI/UX design, algorithms, scoring systems, documentation, marketing materials, logos, and branding – are owned by or licensed to Everyday Arc Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Everyday Arc Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service on any device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include any right to resell or commercially use the Service, modify or create derivative works from it, or reverse-engineer any part of it.
Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you create on Planscope, including brain dumps, task lists, plans, and any other data you input.
Licence to Company: By submitting content to Planscope, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process and store your content, use your content to provide the Service (including AI processing), improve our algorithms and models (in aggregated form, never individually identifiable), and analyse and measure Service performance.
No Marketing Use: We will not use your personal content for marketing, advertising, or public display without your explicit consent.
We may use aggregated, anonymised data derived from your usage for product analytics, feature improvement, research and development, and public statistics. This data cannot be traced back to you individually.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, OR COMPLETENESS.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; that the AI will always generate accurate or optimal plans; that all features will be available at all times; or that your data will never be lost or corrupted.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PLANSCOPE BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, LOSS OF DATA OR INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you, in any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service, shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.
We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on plans generated by the Service. You use the AI-generated plans at your own discretion and risk.
We strive to maintain 99.5% uptime during normal business hours. However, we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access; we may perform maintenance, updates, or repairs without notice; and we are not liable for downtime or data loss due to technical failures.

The free tier includes 2 plans per month, task cap (5 for daily plans, 7 for weekly), and email signup required.
Pricing: £7.99/month
Includes 15 plans per month, full task management, plan history, copy your last plan as a starting point, and focus mode timer.
Pricing: £14.99/month or £149/year
Includes unlimited plans per month, multiple active plans, plan sharing (share plans with up to 3 people), AI-generated subtasks, and full task management and history.
Auto-renewal: All paid subscriptions are auto-renewable. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Apple App Store purchases: If you subscribe through the Apple App Store, payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
Web and other purchases: If you subscribe through our website, payment is processed by Stripe (PCI-compliant payment processor). By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on the renewal date and attempt to collect payment if your card is declined.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime. For Apple App Store subscriptions, manage cancellation in your Apple ID Account Settings. For web subscriptions, cancel in Settings or by emailing support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees.
Refunds (web subscriptions): We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new Pro and Pro Plus subscriptions purchased through our website. No refunds for partial months or cancellations after 14 days. Annual subscriptions converted to monthly prorated refund (14-day period applies). To request a refund, email support@planscope.app with your account email and order details.
Refunds (App Store purchases): Refunds for subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.
We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify features; change pricing with 30 days' notice; discontinue the Service with 60 days' notice; and update the Service to improve functionality or security.
For material changes, we will notify you by email, post updates on our website, and give you reasonable time to adjust (usually 30+ days). Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Service.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully.
Key Points: We collect the data needed to provide the Service (email, plans, mood selections, usage analytics). We do not sell your data. We use AI (Anthropic's Claude API) to process brain dumps. We use Firebase Analytics to measure feature usage. We comply with UK GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy laws.
You can delete your account and all associated data anytime through Settings or by emailing support@planscope.app.
Our Service uses third-party services including Anthropic (Claude API) for natural language processing, Google Cloud / Vercel for hosting, Stripe for web payment processing, RevenueCat for in-app purchase management, Apple App Store for iOS subscriptions, and Firebase (Google) for authentication and analytics.
We are not responsible for third-party service outages or failures, third-party privacy practices, or third-party terms of service violations.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Planscope, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, your infringement of others' rights, or any content you submit.
By You: You can terminate your account anytime by deleting it through Settings or emailing support@planscope.app.
By Us: We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms, illegal or abusive behaviour, non-payment (for paid accounts), or repeated violations of acceptable use policies.
Upon termination, your access to the Service ends immediately, your account data is deleted immediately, and surviving provisions (liability, indemnification, etc.) remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (UK). If a dispute arises, we ask that you contact us at support@planscope.app with details, allow 30 days for resolution, and negotiate in good faith.
Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Everyday Arc Ltd and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations.
Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.
The following provisions survive termination: Limitations of Liability (Section 6), Indemnification (Section 12), Dispute Resolution (Section 14), Governing Law and Jurisdiction, and Intellectual Property Rights (Section 5).
